What these terms must cover:
- Who may use the service, and that accounts are personal.
- Expected conduct in chat, requests and dedications, and the consequences of breaching it.
- That moderation decisions are appealable, and how.
- Ownership of station content and of what listeners submit.
- Availability — the stream is provided as-is and may be interrupted.
- How these terms change, and how you are told.
- Governing law and the venue for disputes.
Content standards follow the KBP Broadcast Code as a voluntary policy; the station is internet-only and is not a KBP member.
